What sun plants can take sprinklers every night?

My friend is planting in beds at a bank--the conditions aren't very good for much but rocks! The beds are against concrete "pillars", with cement curbs on the other 3 sides. They'll get morning sun on one side, & afternoon sun on the other. And every night the sprinklers will come on. What kinds of plants have foliage that will withstand the water spraying on them every night? We've planted miscanthus & variegated miscanthus as a background/utility-disguising plant in each bed, but are stumped on what else to use. The bank prefers to use mostly perennials. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! TIA!
