| I was spraying Neem on a lilac and lemon tree for mildew & scales when I had the idea to spray (in a highly diluted form) Neem on several deer loving plants & shrugs (coral bells, tiarella, red & yellow twig dogwoods, vibirnums & caladiums and green beans) to see if it would deter the deer from eating them. I figured as long as it was diluted (1 T / 2 gallons) it shouldn't hurt the plants. Two days after applying the spray I didn't notice any leaf burn, but only time will tell if it will deter the deer. I plan on spraying every week mainly to cover any new growth.
Any thoughts??? |

| Why would you think Neem would have any effect on deer? In that dilute a formulation, I doubt it would have much effect on anything. |

| I guess because it stank, but it didn't work so I'm back to my old standby |
