Plants for Difficult Places

finding the right privacy fence plant

I would like to build a privacy fence, but have a slightly tricky area. I only have about 3ft between my driveway (legthwise) and the edge of my property. Also, there are a lot of big oak trees on the property, but it does get some sun. I have been researching this and have narrowed it down to the following:
Nigra Arborvitae
Thuja Occidentalis
Emerald Green Arborvitae

I would love to know your thoughts. thanks!
