Kids project...

Hello, I am new here. I teach the junior high kids at an afterschool program. I am planning a project for my kids that would be pressing flowers and arranging them between small glass peices, I have found a copper tape made for this kind of project at Hobby Lobby. I found 2 different glass places that offered to fix all my glass for free, using scraps that they would have. One said they could give me at least 6x6 inch peices. They will smooth all the glass to make it easier to handle.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips. Being in south Texas we are expecting bluebonnets and other spring flowers soon. I would be extremely grateful if you could pass along and words of wisdom. |
