There are two we places you might be interested in. First, there is the World Wide Pressed Flower Guild (http://www.wwpfg.org)
which has periodic seminars and online workshops. Also, there is a yahoo group of pressed flower artists, but they tend to socialize much of the time. However there is a lot of valuable material in their archives.
