Artemesia pest

Last year, my artemesia ( var. similar to 'Silver King')
got brown dots on the foliage, and I couldn't use it. All my books are no help-they say artemesia is pest-free. Does anyone know what's causing this, and what I can do to prevent it before it happens again? |
