| I am a beginner and would like to press white and pink orchids from my sisters wedding, and then frame them. Does anyone have a good method? I would like to take them apart so that they lay flat. Do I press them in a standard flower press, or do I need to microwave them first ( and how do I do that)? Then after they're dried and I've glued them onto the picture mat board (is white glue ok, or what is better?), do I need to use some sort of preservative on them to "keep" them? Thank you for your help! |

| Well, most people use some sort of string, and hang them somewhere for a few days until dry, but I suggest getting them laminated. |
