RE: Drying peonies

If you pick peonies on a dry day and hang them they will dry but will not stay in their original shape as well as they will if you dry them in silica gel. I like they way they look though. I have a greenhouse and hang them in there for a short time to get they dry rapidly. Pick the hotest dryest place you have. Silica gel is purchased at craft stores. I am sure you could find it on the Internet also.
