adding flowers to mat?

I would like to frame for a friend, in a 10 by 15inch frame, her three childrens pictures. Their are three individual places for each childs picture. How would it be best to incorporate flowers around the mat?

| Do you have a mat with 3 cut-outs for the pictures? If they are ovals, you could have the flowers curve around 2/3 of the oval. It is hard to picture what you are describing. |

| I am sorry, did not describe well. Yes, the mat, has 3 oval cut outs. |
