| I'd start with whatever you really like, whether that's roses and baby's breath or helichrysum and gomphrena. If the thrust of your question is, "what are sure-fire dried flower bouquets that people will buy," I'd say the minimums would be Strawberry Fields gomphrena, purple statice and yellow strawflowers with blue/purple statice.
