Can you retain seed color in broom corn?

I just harvested my broom corn. Is there any way to preserve the beautiful seed colors?

Thanks!

Air drying works fine.

I have had broomcorn up on my wall for more than a year now. The color on the corn leaves has faded, but the seeds are the same color now as when I picked it.
