Wondering if anyone can tell me how best to dry eucalyptus? I just cut some for drying and they are wilting before I can even hang them. Thanks so much for any advice.

Just go ahead and hang them...they will toughen up. At least mine always have. josh

thanks......i read a posting in here that suggested glycerin......trying that but it's not really making them stiff.......the season is so short here in vermont that the stems are not all that woody......i'm gonna hang some and see what happens.

Dave, Don't know if you visit the Cutting Garden Forum but there is a very active and professional group who post almost daily which you may find helpful. I just noticed a query about Eucalyptus...seems your experience is not unique. My down South advice I'm afraid isn't much help to you. good luck. josh
