Hops and hop like flowers for drying?

| Has anyone dried hops for dried crafts etc.? or hop like flowers/bracts like on my italian oregano? I think they would all be pretty. Thanks. :) |

| Yes, I have a hops vine and I pick the hops off when they are bright green before they get old and sun- bleached. I use them in wreaths and on birdhouses that I put a small arrangement across one side of the roof. They will dry and keep their color. The flowers from the oregano make a good filler and take floral spray paint well. When they dry they lose a lot of color and need some help. |
