| Hello folks ~
Need some advice about the legality of mailing plant material across state lines...hope someone can help. I'd like a friend of mine in CA to send me a supply of dried eucalyptus leaves (which is abundant in her backyard!) to use in wreath-making here in WA state, but I don't know if this is legal or not. I know for sure that I could not have her send *live plants* without the proper phyto certificates. I think the laws are different for dried. Anyone know for sure? Many thanks. |
