Here's an interesting site with great instructions and very nice designs for inspiration. I particularly like the fact that the designer sometimes uses wild things like blackberry leaves and blossoms which can easily be found even if you don't have a garden. josh

Here is a link that might be useful: www.riverhaven.com

"Enchanted Place"...love that name! Thru an email this morning someone referred to this post and I finally got around to visiting your site...what a delight. Your crafts are exquisite. I especially liked the papermache mask. And the cornhusk garden scenes (what a great way to use up all those tiny floral bits & pieces!). Gotta dig out my many dried husks & tassells...I hope the young inner shucks retained their pale green color.

Also loved the Job's Tears necklaces...this is one of my favorites since everyone is so surprised to learn that they are just grass seeds. A generous friend in ILL (Hi, Jo) introduced me to them. My own "crop" failed last year but intend to try again.

Tried to put this message on your site but wouldn't go thru. Anyway, I think others on this GW site will enjoy your work and find inspiration there as I did. Thanks for enthusing me this bleak winter day...I'm off to find my cornshucks! josh
