I would like to know if anyone has used egg whites as glue for pressed flowers? I just took my first pressed flower class and this is what the teacher suggested. She said that that would be the only thing she would use. I would also like to know some flowers by common name that are easy to press the old fashion way. If anyone has web sites with information that would be great also. Thanks.

You can use a tiny dot of Elmer's glue or Aleen's tacky glue. I never used egg whites but have read about it as an older method.
Here is a link that might be useful: flower pressing information

I tried using egg whites after reading about it in a book. It worked OK, but overall, I felt glue worked better. But you might just want to try it for fun!
