I'd like to know if we could dried broccoli with air dried ? without changed it's colour ?
Or should we dried it with other way ?
With what formula ?
I usually dried with air dried system :)
Could anybody help me

| Did you ever find out about drying broccoli? I am intrigued by the idea, will have to try it and see what happens. Have you tried it in silica gel? |
