Easy way to save water

There are great suggestions on this site, thanks!

I had trouble finding a rain barrel at a reasonable cost and while I was looking for one online I came accross this thing called Ecco-Spout. It installs in the regular downspout and rightaway you can save water, even just into a bucket (that is what I did). Also I used it at my cottage since I can turn it on when I am there and turn it off when i am not there without having to worry about water overflowing.
