Can anyone recommend tree nurseries nearer the Midwest? I'm looking to buy semi-dwarf fruit trees and bushes. I've come across Woodstock in WI and Nature Hills in Nebraska.
Thanks,

| Okios in Kalamazoo Michigan (interesting native stuff mostly) Though the best that I've found is Arrowhead Alpines in Fowlerville, Michigan. But their catalog can be overwhelming without spending time on google images. ~Chills |
sorry, for edibles

| I look through "Burnt Ridge Nursery"'s catalog (mail-order from Washington state. I've placed an order each year for the past 6, and the only thing that will slow me down is that I'm lacking planting space. ~Chills |

Thanks, Chills. Burnt Ridge looks especially good. I can't find the size of any trees but I assume they send out 2 year old trees. also, did you find their shipping rates to be reasonable? I'm in Iowa. Mikkle |

| I usually buy from burntridge every year. Shipping rates aren't extreme enough to deter me away. |
