There are many books like that on Amazon. I recently got interested in planting Salvia AKA Sage for color spots on a rocky slope. I knew Sage was edible, but did not know it's flowers are. Amaranth is another I will be planting for color and food. We are able to grow Moringa Olieferra here, and that entire plant is edible! Guava flowers and fruits are edible.

It's fun to plant edibles!
