Edible flower nutrients

I've been reading up on edible flowers and have wondered if anyone knows where to find nutrient breakdowns for them.

You see, I'm trying to concentrate on the most nutritious plants, such as dandelion and green purslane. I don't want to fill up my salads with pretty but pointless stuff. I might as well eat iceberg lettuce, ya know? Unless it's very flavorful (such as nasturtiums)

Anyone know where there are nutrient breakdowns for any of the edible flowers? Such as squash flowers, daylilies, violets, etc. (not including spinach, cauliflower, artichoke, etc.)
