one last spot, one last decision

I recently moved some things around in my fruit/veg garden, and freed up some space. I have room left for ONE more thing, something that doesn't get too tall (maybe 10'), won't spread, won't need a ton of care (or spraying) and tastes good! I already have Serviceberries, Persimmon, Asian pear, fig, raspberries, blueberries. Any suggestions? I've thought about Goji/wolfberry, but it sounds like it can get really big and spread. (true??) Need some input from experienced people!

THANK YOU!
