| Hi Everyone,
I ordered 4 blueberry bushes, 2 Sunshine and 2 Misty, and was trying to decide where to plant them. I have 2 locations i am considering: 1. along the fence on the NE side of the property. It gets sun all day long. 2. on the West side of the property under some pine trees. it gets sun from about 7 am-1pm but i thought maybe the soil might be better since it is under a pine tree. any thoughts? |

| Have you tested the acidity of either site? I think pine tree's usually create some acidity. They say the needles are good for top dressing blueberries. If that site is lower it might be an easier solution than amending a more alkali site. Shade lowers production some however, so maybe if they're close on PH levels go with the sunnier spot? |
