kiwi cross species pollination??

i have a female arguta, the cat got the male, and i have a male chinesis, as well as 3 females. Does anyone know if the male chinesis can pollinate the female arguta?

I've read that they can, but they don't usually bloom at the same time (now mind you, my chinesis and Arguntas have never bloomed yet, so I am going on what I've read and no personal experience)

Where are you growing the Chinesis? I didn't think they would survive your zone (or mine as I cart mine in and out).

It may not survive my zone, this is the first year... But the price was right and I figured I'd give it a shot. I haven't heard of many success stories for fruit tho..oh well...we'll see.
