Got some new edibles in time for Mother's Day...

I'm new to this forum (hi everyone), glad to find this one... I usually hang out over on the Roses, Antique Roses, Gardening with Kids, Cottage Garden and Landscape Design forums and galleries. I was at the local nursery this morning, and of course I couldn't come home empty handed. Finally decided on five "Pretty in Pink" strawberry plants (smallish cone shaped fruits), and two kinds of basil (total of three plants) for making Caprese Salad.

How are your strawberry plants doing? I never have that much luck....
