My wolfberry seedlings are growing very very slowly. One inch in close to two or three months. Has anyone grown these before or can give any tips on how maybe to speed up growth?

they grow in the summer

I don't remember if mine was that slow, but it dawdled, then took off & spreading. We are in a rough drought & I have watered it (them?) once since last fall!
