Any hope for infected raspberry plants?

I think my raspberries have tomato ring virus, or another virus. The fruit is crumbly, the leaves are yellowing and have some holes, I've noticed a few bugs. There's probably more than one problem. These are on last years canes that I let overwinter. Should I remove even the new canes, and destroy the entire crop? Is it safe to eat the crumbly raspberry kernels I've got this far? I'm sad... Thanks for any advice!
