 o
Amaranth ID?

Could someone identify this amaranth? I'm trying to figure out the specific variety -- the only green from a mix that the groundhogs haven't yet eaten -- to research its uses and culture. The packet lists "Red Amaranth," but an image search showed this type with far more green than mine, and the term "Red Amaranth" seems to be used very broadly. Thought I'd found it when Hopi Red Dye came up in another search, but HRD descriptions mention black seeds, and these were white/tan.

Thanks so much for your help!

Here is a link that might be useful: Amaranth

RE: Amaranth ID?

Check out a site called Native seed search, they sell a number of different types and one may match your discription.
