Anyone have experience eating the fruits of the Japanese Plum Yew (Cephalotaxus harringtonia) or the Yew Pine (Podocarpus macrophylla)? It seems to be a common belief that both are poisonous but I think it's just the seeds inside the fruits that are poisonous. The fruits themselves are edible.
