Blueberry bush, one branch dead? Pics

All of my blueberry bushes that I planted this spring are doing well expect for one branch on the one bush.
As you can see the leaves on this one branch are dead but the rest of the bush is fine. Should I cut that branch off at ground level or trim that branch in half?

| Not my area of expertise but I would just cut off the portion that is dead. |
