First time with my own Camellia Sinensis!

Hello all!
I am in the process of moving to Seattle and I would love to begin growing many of my own plants. I have an indoor greenhouse located in a sunny spot, it is just under six feet tall, which will serve as a space for warmth and humidity.
I love green tea and this is one thing I would love to begin with!
This is definitely my first time embarking on such a project and I am very anxious to get started.
Suggestions of where to buy either young plants or perhaps seeds and helpful care tips are much appreciated.

I would buy plants. I can't imagine how long it would take to grow a nice size bush from a seed.

I bought mine from Furn-ys but I'm sure other nurseries such as Molb-ks would have it too.
