I am trying to find out what kind of raspberries I have....they are bright red, round - a little sticky....very tasty - almost like pomegranate.......sweet...the stems are long and arching with fuzzy red hairs.........
are they a raspberry?.....

Do they have multiple drupelets (or segments) and do they leave the pith behind when pulled off the stem, leaving a hollow berry?

sounds like a wineberry to me. edible leandscaing sells it and it's naturalized along the east coast. i wouldn't have thought to compare it to pomegranate, but now that you mention it....

Try going to google and looking up raspberries cultivars, then use the image section of google for photos, and maybe you can find one that looks like yours.
