Serviceberry in CA?

Posted by fragrantgardener01 (My Page) on

I found a nursery in northern California last summer while searching for serviceberries. I don't remember the name of the nursery and can't seem to find any matching nurseries through googling. Would greatly appreciate any lead. I remember that they had 6-7 different varieties, one of which is "Martin"

Thanks so much!

RE: Serviceberry in CA?

It's really late to answer this, but I remember buying amelanchier alnifolnia at Yerba Buena nursery in Woodside...that's probably not what you had in mind, though.

You can order a whole variety of serviceberries from Forestfarm over the web. Their prices are very reasonable even taking into account the shipping!
