| I am re-doing a rain garden that I have. Both sides of a fence is very wet due to poor drainage. I have cannas on both sides. I planted Texas dandelion and back eyed susan with the cannas on one side, but am taking the cannas out on the other side since I think it is boring to have cannas on both sides.
I was going to put red Texas star and maybe rain lillies on the other side, but I think it would be fun to plant something edible in stead.
It can get quite hot here 110, and does freeze a few times. Any ideas for wet area edibles?
It is funny to have dry land (without watering) everywhere, and then have a soggy spot.
Thanks for any ideas you might have. If it would climb a privacy fence even better.
