Trading Etiquette

I would like some opinions on my little problem. Someone admired a photo I posted and requested some seeds back in March 2008. I had already traded all my seeds for that plant and we agreed that I would save some seed for her after last summer's bloom. In October, I e-mailed and offered her some seed and she was to get back to me when she updated her trade list. No reply since then. I again e-mailed on March 4 to offer the seed and it's now March 13 and there has been no reply. This is heirloom seed, and I only have enough for 1 or 2 packets. Have I honoured my end of the deal? Should I offer the seed on the exchange? I would hate it to go to waste as I don't know how viable it will be next year. Opinions please?

Northerner.
