Is it because it is so COLD. We had snow here this morning, in Rockwood. I am eager to get planting, but not if the plants are going to freeze.

I figure I lost 9 of my brugmansias this winter. It has been TOO LONG. Thus I don't have much to exchange. Just a few dahlias and cannas.
