WANTED: Attention New Gardeners With No Seeds!

ontario70

I am in Peterborough, Ontario. I am representing the Seeds of Diversity Canada's Seedy Saturday being held March 7, 2009 at St. James United Church. I bring with me to the event many free vegetable, herb and some flower seeds, all open pollinated varieties (those you can collect seed from at harvest, to sow or trade the next season) with history.

If you are in the area at that date, I invite you to this free event to learn more of organic garden methods, heirloom seeds, and the Seeds of Diversity Canada's cause. Again, this is not a sale, nor a common thing for a SoDC member to do, but small packets of open pollinated seeds are available at no charge, to give you a good start in what can be a life-long activity.
