I was one of the gardeners who did receive a set from Smith Seeds. I think if the messages are being returned to you then they're probably not getting them. Try posting on the Smith packages sent out thread.

I did post a week ago, under his thread where he was offering the tools. He did mention that he doesn't check the Forums very often, so emailing is the best way to reach him.
