Are you SURE ? you want this . I have a few plants that I am sorry I ever put in my gardens .....this is one of them the other three are Golden creeping Jenny ,Creeping Buttercup and Ajuga .....Ack .....these plants will ultimately make you want to tear your hair out They take over everything and are miserable to try to remove .

Yes, I'm sure. I know it's slightly invasive in the ground but I want it for the pond. It grows great in a pond and a lighted aquarium just bare root with a rock to hold it in place and the fish don't eat it. Creeping buttercup is a monster! I made that mistake a few years ago too! I like creeping Jenny though. I don't think it's quite as bad as creeping buttercup or chocolate mint. I love choc mint but keep it in a pot now. Nearly lost my entire herb garden under it one spring. Crazy fast growth!

Most of the creeping Jenny I grow in the ground eventually gets pulled up and put in the pond or into an aquarium in the fall. I actually bought some last year when I put the new pond in here. The fish eat everything else green in the water.

Hi Sheryl , that is something I definitely did not know about creeping Jenny. I will try some in my ponds this year . Thank for the info . Did you ever get some ? I can send you some of both green and golden creeping Jenny when it warm up here if you like . I definitely wont miss it LOL!
