WANTED: Jerusalem artichoke

Looking for the real deal here . I have in the past been sold an imposter and then I thought I had a trade for the real one but that hasnt panned out and so I am looking for the real edible Jerusalem artichoke.

If anyone has some to trade please contact me to see what kind of a trade we can work out.
