yes, I'm very interested, anything you'd like for the onions?. And I am looking for more raspberries. I had six, but I got a pill bug problem (or something) and all but one died. I've taken care of the bug problem, but I don't have any plants left!

I was checking out the tall phlox 'Darwin's Joyce' this afternoon and I really don't think that I should trade it to you (you were getting it for the purple lamium). It is not looking like much so I think I will try and see what happens with it and if it makes it, I can offer it to you next year, and if you are still interested then we can trade then. sorry :(

Hi Lilac, nope you can have the onions I have about a gazillion . If I dig the raspberries now , they will look like h e double hockey sticks come the day of the swap cuz they wont have time to recover . I am wondering ....I can dig now and maybe you can visit to pick up in 10 days or 2 weeks .You could see the gardens too at the same time . Just a thought . If you are not interested in visiting . no worries ....

Greylady . Well disappointing but sometimes that happens just like the double pink lilac . Sometimes mother nature doesnt cooperate . Did you still want the dark purply pink lamium ? Got any of the noid hosta left ? we could do that trade if that works for you

Signet, here's the problem. I live in London and I don't have a vehicle. I would probably only be able to pick up the raspberries if you live here in London, Strathroy, or in between. XD Otherwise, I'd love to!

Everything looks fine to me. I am okay with leaving the coral bells the way they are. Green is fine with me. :)
(I did get the spiderwort 'Navaho Princess' from you last year and it is doing well although not flowering yet--but I didn't look at it today so it could be! :))

if you think I need to pick something else, then do you have another lily bulb?......any kind? If not let's not worry about it. I am really happy with the trades.
    thank you for everything!

Lilac ,maybe we can work something out ... if you are willing to wait that is fine if not I would rather say No to more raspberries as I cannot be sure they will survive . I like to pot things , let them get over the shock if I can before I give to people . Sometimes that is not possible but for the most part I dont want to give something that looks like it is dying .

Ha Ha , I am glad I am not the only one experiencing a wrench in the works while trying to get the stuff together for the swap. I potted up 2 pots of cherry red phlox about a week and a half ago . Do you think I can find the pots .Not a chance. Had to go and dig up my clump so I could complete my swaps. Makes me mad that I cant find those pots but then that's the way it goes sometimes. They are out there somewhere ......but where ???????????

Anyway . La Toya is fine with me or if you want to wait till your bulbs bloom and you can Id Panache that works for me too . You decide what you would like to do . I am easy about it .

Well , just arrived home with all my plant swap loot and want to say thanks to everyone for another great swap! They just seem to get better and better and I am so glad that everyone enjoys themselves .

    Just a note:

Barbinlondon. I believe I have your bamboo steamer container . Someone said the cupcakes came in it . It was left on the table so I have brought it home . I can make arrangements with you if you like to drop it off the next time I am in London . All the Londoners had left by the time I discovered it still sitting on the table ......so at least you know where it is if nothing else.

Ditzgarden . I also have your two plants from Roscop. So same thing goes for them . I can always drop off the next time I am in London. You had left and BlueIris had left by the time it was discovered that your two plants were still sitting by your sign on the lawn . I brought them home cuz there was no one left who knew where you lived. So let me know how you want to handle this please. Either wait till you visit or email me privately with your address for me to drop off the next time I am in London.

Thanx for all the trades. It was great fun to be re-united with such a great group of garden-addicts. I spent the last couple of HOURS planting all the the goodies. Signet... I don't know how you do it; with the huge haul you leave with each year. Good thing the trades happen only once a year...LOL.

Should anyone know who brought the salsas(?!?) in the red containers, I'd LOVE the recipe for the one that didn't have the corn in it.

    Thanx again, and happy planting.

If ever your in St. Thomas, feel free to give a shout!!!

I guess that I am about the last swapper to get on line here and express my gratitude(I think this lastness or lateness is becoming a pattern!) to all you wonderful and generous gardeners who help fuel the addiction. I could never afford to buy the plants that have made my gardens so enjoyable to me with such a variety of great plants. I also appreciate the fact that these plants have been grown with special care and attention by people who I like to see represented in my garden. Thank you Thank you Thank you for a great day....albeit a short one on my part. I was looking forward to seeing you all again and bringing back home a bounty and I was not disappointed. Until next time. Happy planting. Ross.

Thank you everyone for the great company, good food, and great trades! I have my first few planted, after an afternoon of touring neighbour's gardens. Pretty much a perfect day! My new flowerbed will soon be full of today's treasures. Looking forward to catching up with you all next year!

Lilac - I think I have your box of goodies from Signet... I didn't look at it 'til we got home, and the onions and raspberries are definitely not meant for me! Please email me so we can arrange to get it to you.

Barb - I've emailed you about getting your Monkshood from Ross to your garden!

Hi Gardeng8, Signet here ......if you are handing out recipes, would you mind sending your "salsa without the corn in it " recipe my way too please.

Also , many many thanks for the very many plants and the card and thoughts , I appreciate it .

    To all:

I am literally in plant heaven . Thanks to you all . I cant believe how lucky I am to be given so many wonderful plants from everyone . I have put my babies underlights for a while ( interestingly out here in the country we are still having quite cold nights ) so for the next little while , the really tiny ones are under lights and in the house . And what a selection of plants I have !!!!!!!!! Now to find the right spots for them all .

Blueiris: Cant thank you enough for the lilies and all the trades ! I am totally excited about adding these to my gardens ....I do have some (probably 2 dozen or more ) Poet's Narcissus left over that I dug up and didnt get potted up so If you still want to add more to your gardens let me know cuz they can just as easily get dropped off at your place rather than placed back in the ground here and it will give me a spot to put some of the items I got yesterday ( Please say yes!!!!!!!)

I would have brought them yesterday but ran out of time to pot and room to transport. I was still potting at 10:30 yesterday and due to be at the swap for 11 a.m. Many many thanks for the tomato cages !!!!!!!! cant thank you enough !

Daldak, just so you know , I explain it this way , I am not responsible for what I leave with every year , everyone else is LOL ! All the garden webbers are plant enablers HA HA HA and yes I am a plantaholic . Thanks for the many trades we made .

Just a note: I made it out to Bev's plant sale just before the swap and I would just like to say that if any of you get a chance to go visit her gardens you will enjoy them . She has many interesting and unusual plants and I enjoyed myself immensely wandering around lusting after many of the plants she has and her soil too . LOL !

Hi Signet! Twist my rubber arm... I'd love some more Poet's Narcissus. I planted 60+ plants last night mostly in my new flowerbed. I highly recommend having a new empty bed waiting after the swap! :-) I'm really excited to see the named daylilies - they'll brighten up my post iris blahs in the front yard with lots of colours to contrast with my yellows.
