| To Be honest, I cant say I know when I eaten them. I never cooked with them. But they supposable the true shallot chef french shallot. Now days many of our shallots we see in the store are not even "true shallots" in that they come from seed and are from Dutch origin. Thanks Aftermidnight! I did check there some time back and they had none, but looks like they may have new stock |
