WANTED: French Grey Shallots

Anyone know where I can purchase some or seen any at a market? French Grey, not the regular ones.

Hi nBoer , I dont know of any place to find them but would like to ask what differences there are between the regular and the French Grey ? You have peaked my interest .

To Be honest, I cant say I know when I eaten them. I never cooked with them. But they supposable the true shallot chef french shallot. Now days many of our shallots we see in the store are not even "true shallots" in that they come from seed and are from Dutch origin.
