RE: WANTED: Allium stellatum

Hi Signet
Prairie Moon has seeds for Allium Stellatum. I started some last spring (2010) but the seedlings are still very tiny. They probably don't get enough sun. I have not been able to find a source for the plants near me, so that's why I started some from seed. They can be wintersown.

RE: WANTED: Allium stellatum

Hi Signet
Prairie Moon (www.prairiemoon.com)is a wonderful wildflower nursery in Minnesota. They sell seeds, plants, etc. of flowers, grasses, and shrubs that are midwest natives. I have only ordered seeds, but was very happy with their product, prices and service. They have a great website and also a paper catalogue. The catalogue is very informative and useful as a reference for growing natives. Even though they are an American company, I had no problem ordering seeds from them.

Here is a link that might be useful: Prairie Moon Nursery
