WANTED: looking for sweetgrass

I want to make soap from cedar, sage and sweet grass for some native friends. I am having trouble finding sweetgrass here. I would love to trade for some sweetgrass seeds and a handfull of sweetgrass from which to make tea for soapmaking now. This should be the time to collect wild grass seeds, if anyone has swetgrass growing. See my trade list. I'd love to swap several things for it.

It's very difficult to germinate, and most seed is not viable. You would be better off with a plant. It is a very spreading grass.

Thank you for the information. I guess I'll look for the plant.

I have some sweetgrass plants, that are growing indoors over this winter and I could give you a split off it. Also have some dried grass. If your are interested, email me.
