The watering heads unscrew and can be exchanged out for 5 types. see them here

The one I will be sending only has the one on top, not all four.

I have not used it often and there is nothing wrong with it. The only reason I am trading is is I found one on-line that has a dial watering end, which I would fine more convenient. Unfortunately with cheaper wands they have to be replaced each year.
