Hello,

I'm still waiting on a member's address to send out my first trade box. I'm very excited about the entire process. I do have a few questions that I couldn't find on the FAQ area.

When shipping live plants like Astribe, Red Hot Poker, Hosta and other is it standard to cut off the foliage down to the root? I was concerned about doing this. I know that bulb plants can be sent this way.

I want to ensure the plants are healthy when the member receives them. Cutting down the Hostas seemed rather drastic. I did this to a few plants and almost cried, thinking I killed them.

Also, I would like to edit my exchange list, I'm removing the "invasive" plants off of my list for now until I learn more about them. Like Chameleon Weed, Succulent Ground cover (I don't have the exact name but it is very invasive. However, the root system on this particular plant isn't hard to remove.

Thanks for any and all help.

Trying to get my plants shipped and some returned before the early frost here in Ohio.
