WANTED: To Trade some Trilliums!

Posted by thosedarnsqurls Up-State NY 5 (My Page) on

I should be able to dig again by the end of the week,
and would love to get some of the Trilliums I've been after for awhile, now.

What I'm looking for is;
-Trillium decipiens
-Trillium decumbens
-Trillium persistens
-Trillium flexipes
-Trillium underwoodii
And all West Coast species. (ie) chloropetalum, etc.

Lots of Trilliums and other woodlanders to trade for these!
Please see my trade-list!

Thanks,
dawn

you may want to watch out and make sure that who ever you are trading with knows your laws and regulations because you may not be able to trade native plants to people out of state so just watch out

RE: WANTED: To Trade some Trilliums!

NY State has no laws regarding the trading of Native plants.
Only laws I'm aware of, are concerning states that wish to eliminate invasive species from entering their borders.
(Trilliums are not invasive. Kinda wish they were though!)

I'm not asking ANYONE to go breaking any laws.
Just looking for some fellow Trillium enthusiasts to help us all expand our collection of dearly loved American Treasures.

Without concerned gardeners, there would eventually come a time when many of these beautiful plants would become extinct.Gardeners insure their survival for future generations.
