WANTED: Wanted: Native shrub cuttings

Posted by laylaa 7b (My Page) on

Looking for cuttings of several shrubs before rooting season is over. I have little to trade at this point, will be updating my exchange page (please visit) over the weekend as I find things. I am of course happy (delighted and grateful) to pay postage if I don't have plants you may be interested in. These are the items I am particularly seeking:

Callicarpa americana - American Beautyberry
Elaeagnus multiflora - Goumi (non native, root cuttings preferred as this is a doozie to root but I will be happy with anything!)
Hydrangea quercifolia - Oakleaf Hydrangea, any, especially Snowflake
Itea virginica - Virginia Sweetspire
Lyonia lucida - Fetterbush Lyonia
Lonicera sempervirens - Honeysuckle Major Wheeler
Myrica cerifera - Southern Wax Myrtle
Rhus typhina - Sumac Tigers Eye (suckers anyone??)
Mahonia x media - Mahonia Charity (suckers anyone??)

I am a bit slow to respond right now, please excuse me on this but I will get back ASAP. My email is karyls at (remove spaces, change @) Thank you!!

RE: WANTED: Wanted: Native shrub cuttings

Callicarpa americana - American Beautyberry and Myrica cerifera - Southern Wax Myrtle both grow like weeds on my property. I don't know if you still want either, but I am sure I can find a small plant or at least cuttings to send you.
