Found this in the Appalachian mountains in PA. Any ideas?

It looks like there are actually 2 vines in the picture. The one with the bigger leaves looks like native Dioscorea villosa, common name wild yam.

It looks like the vine that is blooming is wrapped around the yam vine. You might also try posting to the link below to find out the name of the blooming vine.
