 o
HAVE: Diospyros virginiana (American Persimmon) Seed

I have 3 or 4 packs of freshly collected (Sept 2007) and well cleaned (harder than it sounds) Diospyros virginiana seed for trade. These seeds are very easy to grow, and I have had around 100% germination when planted in previous years.

This tree grows a very large tap root and should be planted in its permanent location or planted in a deep container and transplanted before it gets very big. Fruit can be messy, so tree should probably be planted away from sidewalks and driveways.

I would like to trade for other easy to grow native tree seed or perennial seed. I am not interested in annuals, vegetables, or plants not hardy in my zone.
